企业应重视薪酬回报中的非财务回报

摘要 财务回报是薪酬回报的核心内容,但从人才市场的流动规律来看,企业"软实力"——非财务回报也逐渐成为企业吸引、留住和激励员工的重要举措。本文阐述了非财务回报的重要意义,以及非财务回报的具体举措,为企业人力资源管理提供理论和实践依据。
