雷米普利和氯沙坦钾对小鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的心肌保护作用比较

Effect of ramipril and losartan potassium on myocardial protection in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in mouse

目的探讨雷米普利和氯沙坦钾单用及联用对小鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的心肌保护作用。方法实验小鼠随机分为雷米普利组、氯沙坦钾组、联合组及对照组各10只,制作心肌缺血-再灌注损伤模型分别予雷米普利、氯沙坦钾、雷米普利+氯沙坦钾及生理盐水静注。结果雷米普利组、氯沙坦钾组、联合组MAP差值均显著大于对照组(P<0.01),联合组MAP差值与雷米普利组、氯沙坦钾组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。雷米普利组、氯沙坦钾组、联合组IR/AR均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组与雷米普利组、氯沙坦钾组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论雷米普利和氯沙坦钾对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的心肌均具有保护作用,但联用并无更优作用。

Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of ramipril and losartan potassium alone and combina- tion in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in mouse. Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into the ramipril group, losartan potassium group, the combination group and control group with each of 10, the production of ischemia-reper- fusion injury model and intravenously 5 min before reperfusion ramipril,losartan potassium,ramipril ＋losartan potassium and saline. Results The MAP difference of ramipril,losartan potassium and combination group were significantly greater than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ,the difference of MAP difference in combination group ,ramipril group and losartan group were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. IladAR of ramipril,losartan potassium and combination group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）,the difference of them in combination group ,ramipril group and losartan potassium group were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Ramipril and losartan potassium on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury have myocardial protective effect, but combination with no better.
