耳穴埋豆联合中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出腰痛的疗效观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular point sticking in treating patients with discogenic low back pain

目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出腰痛的疗效。方法选取我院腰椎间盘突出腰痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,其中对照组给予消炎痛栓,治疗组在对照组基础上同时耳穴埋豆联合中药湿热敷治疗,比较两组治疗前后麦克杰尔疼痛量表评分、改善率和优良率。结果两组治疗后VAS疼痛数字评分、SP-MPQ评分、PPI评分均较治疗前显著降低,疼痛均缓解,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组患者疼痛效果改善较对照组更为明显(P=0.000);治疗组改善率为(65.35±12.54)%,优良率为86.67%;对照组改善率为(52.23±10.05)%,优良率为63.33%;两组改善率、优良率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出腰痛疗效显著,临床可以推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular point sticking in treating patients with diseogenic low back pain. Methods Sixty cases of diseogenic low back pain were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 30 cases treated indomethacin suppository, the treatment group treated in the foundation to add with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular point sticking. Mike Jill pain scale score,the excellent and good rate,the improvement rate were observed before and after treatment. Results There was significant differenice between each group before and after the treatment （P = 0.000）,Visual analogue scale, SP-MPQ scale and PPI scale in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement rate of the treatment group（65.35±12.54）%, the excellent and good rate （86.67%） were better than that of the control group （52.23 ± 10.05）%, 63.33%, and there was statistics significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular point sticking showes effective in treating patients with diseogenic low back pain.
