摘要
目的比较PDCA循环法和传统教学方法在内科护理学教学中应用效果的差别。方法选取2008级护理专科生200例为对照组,采用传统教学法;选取2009级护理专科生200例为试验组,采用PDCA循环法,采用期末考试试卷分析和学生问卷调查的方法检验两组的教学效果。结果试验组理论成绩、实验成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对PDCA法满意度高,大部分学生对学习感兴趣,认为自身能力得到提高。结论 PDCA指导的教学方法效果显著,可提高学生学习兴趣、积极性与主动性,提高学生分析问题、解决问题能力与合作沟通交流能力,学生考核成绩大大提高,达到了提高教学质量的目的。
Objective To investigate the difference of the teaching effects between the teaching methods under the guidance of PDCA and the traditional teaching methods. Methods The traditional teaching method was used in 200 nursing students of 2008 grade and PDCA was used in 200 nursing students of 2009 grade. The teaching effects were analyzed with examination result and student questionnaire. Results The theory result, experiment result and the sum result of PDCA were significantly higher than normal control, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The students were satisfactory with PDCA teaching methods.They thought PDCA could raise their self-ability. Conclusion The teaching method under the guidance of PDCA can enhance the nursing students'ability of analyzing question and soluting question and communicating. And PDCA can also raise examination result and teaching quality.
