摘要
目的了解杭州地区医院感染管理专职人员职称晋升情况。方法对杭州地区所有二级以上医疗机构进行调查。结果共调查41所医院、125名医院管理者以及69名医院感染管理专职人员;专职人员初级、中级职称占81.1%、43.5%,专职人员认为职称晋升困难是造成感染控制队伍不稳定的原因之一;79.2%医院管理者及63.8%专职人员认识到无医院感染专业技术职称,已经成为职称晋升的主要困难之一。结论建立专业的医院感染职称晋升体系,不断提高专职人员整体素质,成为稳定与建设专业队伍的关键。
OBJECTIVE To grasp the situation of title promotion of nosocomial infection(NI) professionals in Hangzhou.METHODS The questionnaire survey was conducted in all 2nd-grade or above hospitals in Hangzhou.RESULTS A total of 69 NI professionals and 125 hospital managers from 41 hospitals were investigated;most of professionals were primary and intermediate professional title,accounting for 81.1%,43.5% of the professionals believed that the difficulty of title promotion was one of the cause leading to the unstable team;79.2% of the hospital managers and 63.8% of the professionals had realized that the lack of professional title had become one of the major causes for title promotion.CONCLUSION Establishing a set of professional title promotion system for NI and heightening the overall quality of the professional personnel are key to keep the team of NI professionals stable.
