摘要
对于系统建设目标明确但应用需求不确定、建设过程采用分阶段建设投入使用的大型信息系统建设项目,传统的信息系统开发流程已经不能适应。在对传统开发流程研究的基础上,总结了复杂大型信息系统开发流程的经验,详细描述了目标驱动、架构先行、平台支撑和分批分段集成的开发流程。该开发流程成功应用于西部某省级城市社会公共安全大型数字化建设工程项目。
Traditional software development processes for information systems are not suitable for construction projects of large-scale complex information systems.The construction goals for the large-scale complex information system are clear but application requirements are not clear.The large-scale system is constructed and used in different phases.By analyzing traditional software development processes,the development experience for large-scale complex information systems is summarized.A development process of goal-driven,architecture-first,platform supporting,and integration in batches and in phases is proposed for such systems.The development process is used in a large-scale digitization engineering project for social public security in a western city.
