摘要
从软件工程角度出发,运用经济学基本原理,分析了软件成本内涵;从经验总结和软件生产函数2方面探讨了复杂信息系统软件工程特点对成本的影响,对软件成本测算进行了分类梳理并总结出基本流程,通过实例介绍了运用方法;最后分析了影响软件预测成本测算的因素并给出解决策略。
The software cost is analyzed based on the economics principles and the software engineering.The effects of the complex information system characteristics on the software cost are discussed from the aspects of experience and the software production function.The measure of the software cost is given and the basic flow process is summarized.An application method is illustrated by an example.Finally,the factors effecting the estimated software cost are analyzed and their solutions are given.
