全麻过程中过度通气对麻醉深度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:明确过度通气导致的低PaCO2对麻醉深度的影响。方法:行颅内肿瘤切除手术的患者30例,采用丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼麻醉;过度通气使PetCO2由40mmHg水平降至25mmHg水平并维持20min。记录PetCO240mmHg、25mmHg水平时的原始脑电图α、δ、θ波相对功率值,NI值、NT分级。结果:与PetCO240mmHg水平相比,25mmHg水平时的原始脑电δ-θ波相对功率值显著增加(P<0.05),NI值明显降低(P<0.05),E2-F级的例数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:全麻时过度通气导致的低PaCO2可增加麻醉深度,易导致麻醉过深。
