度洛西汀联合奥替溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨度洛西汀联合奥替溴铵治疗伴抑郁症状肠易激综合征(IBS)的有效性和安全性。方法:将78例IBS患者随机分为两组,治疗组予度洛西汀+奥替溴铵口服,对照组奥替溴铵口服,治疗6周后观察疗效,治疗前后行24项汉密尔顿量表评分(HAMD)测定。结果:治疗前治疗组和对照组HAMD分值无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组HAMD分值有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组治疗总有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:度洛西汀联合奥替溴铵治疗IBS安全有效,有较好的依从性。
