Th22细胞生物学功能及临床应用的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 Th22的发现源于皮肤的固有防御机制和创口愈合等炎症相关皮肤病发病机制的研究。Th22有稳定的效应因子体系和独特的信号传导方式．主要参与皮肤的自稳调节和病理状态。相关研究报道在炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病及感染性疾病中。Th22发挥着重要调节作用。本文对Th22及IL-22的生物学特性与临床应用研究进展做一简要综述。
