我国竞技网球运动可持续发展研究

Research on Competitive Tennis Sustainable Development in China

目的:通过分析影响我国竞技网球运动可持续发展的因素,提出建议,为我国竞技网球运动持续、健康发展提供理论依据。方法:采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法。研究结果表明,影响我国竞技网球运动可持续发展的因素包括3类因子,共16个因素,其中,职业化因素、经济投入因素、训练因素、竞赛因素、后备力量因素等影响力居前;职业化程度低,经济投入不足,训练欠科学化,竞赛体系不完善,后备力量不足,教练员水平不高,社会普及程度低等问题是影响我国竞技网球运动可持续发展的关键问题。应坚持职业化改革;继续加大项目的投入力度;加强科学训练,提高训练效率;完善竞赛制度;促进后备运动员和优秀运动员在数量和质量上同步提高;提高教练员创新能力与执教水平;继续提高项目的社会普及程度;积极培育网球市场、促进网球产业开发等措施来推动和促进我国竞技网球运动持续、健康发展。

The purpose of this study was to sift and analyze the factors influencing the sustainable development of China’s competitive tennis.Through the analysis,found the problem,put forward suggestions,and provide the theoretical basis for sustainable,healthy and stable development of competitive tennis.Method：the literature review,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics were adopted.Result：the 16 factors of 3 categories are highly relevant.Insufficient financial input,low-professionalism,imperfect competition system,less-scientific training,lack of high-level coach,inadequate athlete reserves and low popularity are most concerning factors.For China’s tennis sustainable,healthy,stable development,we should continue tennis public promotion,increase financial input,improve coaching innovation and science,improve potential athletes in quality and quantity,and develop tennis market and industry.
