复方黄连注射剂的体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用研究

Study on the in vitro bacteriostasis effect and resistance inhibition of compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection

探讨复方黄连注射剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用,以便为该中药制剂作为耐药抑制剂开发应用提供一定的研究基础。采用倍比稀释法和药敏纸片法测定复方黄连注射剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和抑菌圈直径;采用平板挖孔法和药敏纸片法研究复方黄连注射剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外耐药抑制作用。结果显示,复方黄连注射剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑菌作用。耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌经复方黄连注射剂处理后,对环丙沙星和氧氟沙星的敏感性大大提高。表明复方黄连注射剂对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌具有体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用。

In this study, we investigated the bacteriostasis and resistance inhibition of compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection in Vitro against Staphylococcus aureus. Our study will provide a basis for fur- ther research on Chinese medicine as inhibitors against bacteria. The inhibitory effect of compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection on bacterial growth was determined by susceptibility testing and paper disk method. The resistance inhibition of compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection was investigated by punch method and susceptibility paper disk method. The results from microdilution method and paper disk showed that compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection had strong inhibition ;The results from punch method and paper disk method indicated that the compound recipe Chinese goldthread injection may en- hance sensitivity to the Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin. The compound Rhizoma Coptidis injection have bacte- riostasis and resistance inhibition in Vitro against Staphylococcus aureus.
