摘要
突发事件发生后,在长期恢复重建过程中,会产生一些特殊需求的铁路运输任务.针对其运量大、时限紧,动态性强、车辆利用率要求高的特点.可采用动态服务网络理论编制其输送计划,其目标是提高货物列车的利用率及运输需求的满足程度.在构建重空车流时空网络图的基础上,建立了基于固定路径的输送计划编制模型.根据模型的特点,提出一种松弛算法.借助LINGO软件.采用按周期分阶段逐步取整的方法求解模型.算例分析中将该算法的计算结果与直接采用LINGO软件的计算结果相比较,证明该算法效果良好.特别对于规模较大的问题,该算法也可以进行有效的求解.
After a sudden event, some special requirement railway transportation will be produced in the long-term recovery and restoration process. The dynamic service network is applied to resolve tile problem of transport organization plan aiming at the characteristics of large traffic volume, tight transportation time, high vehicle utilization and strong dynamic. The objective is to increase the utilization rate of freight train and the extent of satisfying transportation requirement. Based on design a time-space network on transport organization plan, the planning model of transport organization based on the fixed route is established. A relaxation algorithm is introduced to resolve the above model by dividing cycle into sub- time period. The study cases show the algorithm effective and efficient comparing to the application to LINGO software, particularly for cases with large scales.
