摘要 在传统经济调度模型的基础上,结合节能环保的宗旨,构建了耗量最小、污染气体排放量最小以及网损最小的多目标优化调度模型,并提出了一种基于评价函数的交互式多目标决策方法来求解该模型。总体协调度评价函数可以较好地协调节能、降耗、减排3个优化目标,具有实用性。该方法克服了多目标向单目标转化过程中权重系数选择的困难,且能够充分体现决策者的主观意愿,增强决策方案选择的互动性。IEEE30节点标准测试系统的仿真结果验证了所建模型的合理性和求解方法的有效性。 On the basis of traditional economic dispatch and combining with the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection, a multi-objective optimal dispatch model that considers minimum consumption cost, minimum emission and minimum network loss is constructed, then an interactive multi-objective decision-making method based on evaluation function is proposed for solving it. Comprehensive degree evaluation function can coordinate the three optimization objects, namely the energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission mitigation, so it is considered to be practical. This method avoids the difficulty of determining weight coefficients during the conversion from multi-objective to a single object, and it can fully reflect the wish of the decision-maker, so interaction is enhanced in the process of decision-making. Simulation results of standard IEEE 30-bus test system demonstrate the rationality Of the established model and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
