摘要
目的:研究热水浸提法从姬菇中提取姬菇多糖(PCNP)对酒精所致急性肝损伤小鼠肾脏的影响。方法:小鼠被随机分为空白对照组、模型组、多糖各剂量组(100、200、400mg/kg bw),连续灌胃30d后,除空白组外,给予50%浓度的乙醇溶液建立动物急性肝脏损伤模型。12h后,动物脱臼处死后取血液和肾脏测定各项抗氧化指标。结果:与模型组相比,多糖各剂量组能降低血清TG和肾脏MDA含量,提高肾脏SOD、CAT活性、GSH-Px活性及GSH含量。结论:PCNP对酒精所致小鼠肾损伤具有明显保护作用。
Objective: The present study investigated the protective effect of polysaccharide from Pleurotus cornucopiae (PCNP) on acute alcoholic hepatic injury of kidney in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into blank control group, alcoholic model groups. And also divided into alcoholic model groups were administered by gavage with BIFENDATE(150 mg/kg bw) and PCNP (100, 200, 400 mg/kg bw) for 30 days prior to the administration with dose of 50% alcohol (12 mL/kg bw) except blank control group. 12 hours after the last alcohol treament, all mice were dislocation death to assay activities of antioxidant capabilities in kidney and TG in blood. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of MDA in kidney and TG in serum were obeviously decreased also the contents of GSH and activities of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, obeviously increased in the PCNP treatment groups. Conclusions: PCNP protect the acute alcoholic hepatic injury of kidney induced by alcohol in mice.
