摘要
以紫花苜蓿为原料,用60%乙醇溶液进行提取,提取液经乙酸乙酯萃取得到紫花苜蓿中的黄酮色素类物质,紫外光谱鉴定后再用薄层层析进一步分离纯化。通过显色反应和紫外光谱初步鉴定其为黄酮类化合物。通过与芒柄花素紫外波谱扫描特征的对比,初步判断为芒柄花素的异黄酮类化合物。
Based on Xinjiang alfalfa, the research used the ethanol with the content of 60% to extract and then used the ethyl acetate as the extracting agent of the extraction to get flavonoids pigmented materials, then the pigments were identified via UV and separated by TLC. The pigments of Xinjiang alfalfa belonged to flavonoid compounds. The flavonoids collection were preliminarily identificated as that of formononetin by comparing the characteristic of formononetin's UV spectrum scanning.
