摘要
使用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂催化乙酸与有机一元醇酯化反应,以乙酸的转化率为考察指标,考察了树脂种类、醇种类、处理温度和重复使用等因素对强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,所选择出的凝胶型和大孔型强酸性阳离子交换树脂对乙酸酯化反应具有良好的催化活性。相同的树脂催化剂对乙酸与不同一元醇的酯化反应的催化活性不同,2种树脂催化剂具有良好的耐温性,可在140℃下使用。2种树脂催化剂经15次使用后催化活性没有明显的下降,催化剂的重复使用性能较好。
The esterification process of acid with acid cation exchange resin as catalyst was invest monohydric organo-alcohols by using the strong gated. The effects of the resin types, the kinds of monohydric organo-alcohols, the pre-treated temperature, and reuse times on conversion rate of acetic acid were experimentally determined. The results show that the selected gel and the macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin had a good catalytic activity for esterification of acetic acid. The same strong acid resin displayed different catalytic activity for the esterification of acid with different alcohols. The both of strong acid resins chosen under our experimental conditions had good temperature resistance and could be used under 140 %. Furthermore, it was found that catalytic activity was not significantly reduced after reusing 15 times in the system of butyl acetate and the catalyst showed better stability.
