摘要 采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)对N-(4-羟基苯基)马来酰亚胺(HPM)改性氰酸酯树脂体系的固化动力学进行了研究。分别利用无模板法中的Ozawa-Flynn-Wall法和Friedman法求得了表观活化能。根据Malek法,两参数Sestak-Berggren模型能够较好地描述固化反应机理函数,并求得了表观指前因子。其固化动力学模型为dα/dt=3.196×108exp(-85797.5/RT)α0.033(1-α)1.0747。结果表明,模型曲线和实验曲线基本吻合,但随着升温速率的提高,模型曲线开始偏离实验曲线。这是由于固化反应中官能团反应活性控制和扩散控制的相互竞争结果。 The curing kinetics of the N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)maleimide(HPM) modified cyanate ester resin system was systematically investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) under nonisothermal conditions.The apparent activation energy was calculated through the Ozawa-Flynn-Wall method and Friedman method.According to Malek method,the two-parameter Sestak-Berggren model was selected to describe curing reaction mechanisms function,and the apparent pre-exponential factor was obtained.The kinetic model of curing reaction was described as dα/dt=3.196×108exp(-85797.5/RT)α^0.033(1-α)^1.0747.The results show that the model curve gives satisfactory agreement with experimental curve.With the heating rate increasing,the model curve gradually deviates from the experimental curve.This is due to the competition between functional group reactivity control and diffusion control in the curing reaction.
