摘要
日前,《国家"十二五"时期文化改革发展规划纲要(》以下简称《纲要)》出台,而大中型国有集团企业正加紧整合、重组及调整,步入转型发展期。结合《纲要》,多元员工、多元文化冲击下的大型国有传统企业在转型发展期应突出建设具有中国特色的现代企业文化,不断增强企业的凝聚力、向心力,打造具有核心竞争力的现代企业文化。
Recently, the National Plan Outline for the Culture Reform and Development during the Period of "Twelve - Five" has been promulgated (the Outline in short) while medium and large - sized state - owned enterprises group is enhancing their inte- gration, restructuring and adjustment and entered the transition period. Combined with the Outline, traditional medium and large -sized state- owned enterprises under striking of multiple workers and multiple cultures should highlight the con- struction of modem enterprise culture with the China's characteristics, constantly enhance the cohesion and centripetal forces, and forge modem enterprise culture with core competitiveness.
