移动支付产业的商业模式研究

本文分析了移动支付价值网络利益相关者的价值主张,对移动支付产业的商业模式进行分类学研究。技术路径的多样性使得移动支付产业的商业模式具有多种可能性,利益相关者的价值关系具有复杂性。市场的发展和用户需求的变化会催生新型的竞合模式,以消费者和商户为中心设计商业模式是中国移动支付产业成功的关键。

This paper analyzed the stakeholders＇value proposition of the mobile payment value network,and conducted study on business models of mobile payment industry from taxonomy perspective. The diversity of technological path makes the business model of mobile payment industry a lot of possibilities and makes value relationship of stakeholders have complexity. The development of market and change of customers demand will expedite new competition and cooperation. It is critical for success or failure of China＇s mobile payment industry to design business model by centering on customers and merchants
