摘要
研究了不同信息下网络交易中质量中介的质量监督水平的决策问题。将质量中介作为委托人和在线卖方作为代理人,利用委托代理理论,分别建立了质量决策模型。对于非对称信息下的决策问题,将其转换为最优控制问题,并运用极大值原理求解了质量中介的最优质量监督水平,并对比分析了不同信息环境下质量中介的决策结果。
This paper studies the issue concerning decision - making of quality supervision level of quality intermediary in different in- formation network transaction. The paper regarded quality intermediary as principal and online sellers as agent, and applied the agency theory to build the quality decision - making model. As for decision - making issue under asymmetric information, the paper turned it into optimal control issue, and applied maximum value principle to find out optimal quality supervision level of quality intermediary, and compared and analyzed the results of decision - making of quality intermediary in different in- formation environment.
