摘要
通过理化性能检测及扫描电镜、X射线衍射方法对某双螺杆泵断裂泵轴进行了分析研究。结果表明,主轴断裂为外表面腐蚀坑处起源的腐蚀疲劳断裂,主轴断裂导致结构失衡,从而造成螺旋套瞬断;输送介质含腐蚀介质(硫化氢)以及长期扭转运动是导致泵轴断裂的主要原因。
Through physical and chemical properties testing, and analyses of SEM, EDS and XRD. the fractured shaft of a twin-screw pump was analyzed. The results showed that the reason of the fracture was corrosion fatigue cracking caused by sulfide corrosion. The shaft was the first part to fracture, the screw shell was the second element to fracture, transport medium containing hydrogen sulfide gas and long term lorsion movement were the mail reasons leading to the shaft fracture.
