用HPLC法测定人血浆中美罗培南的浓度

摘要
美罗培南是一种具有广谱抗菌活性的碳青霉烯类抗生素,通过抑制细菌细胞壁的合成而产生抗菌作用。该药常用于治疗致病菌不明的感染,或者由单一或多种细菌引起的成人及儿童的各类重症感染，例如复杂性腹腔感染、医院获得性肺炎、严重的社区获得性肺炎、伴囊性纤维化症的肺部感染、细菌性脑膜炎、败血症等。
