摘要
探索一种锶盐复合变质剂对ZL104铝合金变质的影响,在700℃下改变加入剂量和保温时间两个参数进行变质试验,得到未变质、变质不足、变质正常、变质过度和变质衰退的效果。采用金相显微镜观察,比较了不同变质工艺下的α-Al相和Si相的微观形貌,正交比较了各种工艺对应的变质结果。ZL104铝合金于700℃加入质量分数为0.6%的该锶盐复合变质剂(Sr元素理论含量为0.05%)保温60 min,其变质效果最佳。
The effect of Sr salt compound modifier on ZL104 aluminum alloy has been mvesiigated. The investigation has been made at 700℃ with different holding time and different modifier additions. During the investigation, un-modification, sub-modification, normal modification, over modification and decayed modification have been found. The microstructures of α-Al phase and Si phase both being modified with different modification system have been compared with each-other using metallurgical microscope. The results obtained with different modification processes have been compared by orthogonal method. The optimum modification of ZL104 aluminum alloy has been obtained by adding 0.6 Sr (%) at 700℃ with 60min holding.
