摘要
试验研究深冷处理对2024铝合金挤压棒材综合性能的影响。包括深冷处理对其显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能、抗腐蚀性及残余应力等的影响。结果表明,2024铝合金挤压棒材采用495℃1 h固溶、淬火+(-196℃30 min)深冷处理+185℃7 h时效处理后,其综合性能最佳,具有高强度的同时,显微组织、疲劳性能、抗腐蚀性、降低残余应力等均有很大改善。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on comprehensive properties including micro- structure ,mechanical property, fatigue property, anti-corrosion property and residual stress of 2024 aluminum alloy has been investigated. The results show that the comprehensive properties of 2024 aluminum alloy have been optimized while the alloy being solution treated at 495℃ with lh holding, then cryogenic treated at -196℃ with 30min holding and finally aged at 185℃ with 7h holding. Beside the high strength property, microstructure, fatigue property, anti-corrosion property have been improved greatly, and the residual stress has been decreased.
