艾滋病危重患者典型病例的临床药学服务分析

Analysis of Clinical Pharmacy Services for Patients with Typical Critical AIDS

目的:分析AIDS危重患者治疗期间临床药学服务的全过程,探讨AIDS患者临床治疗与药学服务的模式。方法:对1例AIDS危重患者住院期间的临床治疗与药学服务进行全过程回顾性分析。结果:临床药师参与临床治疗AIDS患者在用药选择和指导上起到了参谋作用,得到医护人员及患者的认可和信任,提高了患者的用药依从性。结论:AIDS患者在临床上的特点是脆弱、易变、易耐药,只要临床重视以及临床药师在治疗团队中参与患者用药的选择和指导,及时处理病情的变化与并发症,AIDS患者的生命是可以挽救的。

Objective： To analyze the whole process of clinical pharmacy services in critically ill patients during AIDS treatment and to investigate the mode of clinical treatment and pharmacy services for AIDS patients. Methods： The whole process of clinical treatment and pharmacy services in one case of patient with critical AIDS during her hospital stay was analyzed retrospectively. Results： The clinical pharmacist involved in the clinical treatment of AIDS pa- tients in the drug selection and guidance played a referred role. They not only got recognition and trust of health care workers and patients but also improved patient medication compliance. Conclusion： Clinically, the characteristics of AIDS patients was weakness, mutability, and easiness to resistance. However, if there were a clinical close attention and clinical pharmacists in the treatment team involving in the selection and guidance of the patient＇s medication and having a timely manner to deal with changes of the disease and complications, the life of A1DS patients can be saved.
