肺炎支原体感染对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠炎性因子水平的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究肺炎支原体感染动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠炎性因子水平的影响。方法选用30只雄性健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、动脉粥样硬化模型组、感染-动脉粥样硬化模型组3组,每组各10只;比较各组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的水平。结果感染-动脉粥样硬化模型组大鼠的hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-ɑ分别为(248.26±12.78)μg/ml、(232.27±31.40)pg/ml、IL-8(461.12±28.89)pg/ml和(1.79±0.31)ng/ml均高于动脉粥样硬化组的(166.10±21.10)μg/ml、(166.86±54.38)pg/ml、(410.21±29.28)pg/ml、(1.54±0.19)ng/ml和正常对照组(85.32±28.50)μg/ml、(90.08±38.35)pg/ml、(270.83±20.10)pg/ml、(0.85±0.26)ng/ml比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);动脉粥样硬化组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-ɑ均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染-动脉粥样硬化模型组内膜病变较正常对照组和感染-动脉粥样硬化模型组比较明显加重。结论肺炎支原体感染可导致动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠炎性因子水平升高,加重动脉粥样硬化的病情发展。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection on inflammation factors in rat model with atherosclerosis. METHODS A total of 30 male health Wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into three groups: the normal control group, the atherosclerosis model group and the infection-atherosclerosis model group. We compared the CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-eight levels of each group and observed the morphology change of atherosclerotic arteries endarterium. RESULTS The serum expression of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6,IL-8 in infection-atherosclerosis model group were (248.26 ± 12.78) μg/ml, (232.27 ± 31.40) pg/ml, (461.12 ± 28.89) pg/ml , and (1.79±0.31) ng/ml, which were significantly higher than that of normal group (85.32 ± 28.50) μg/ ml, (90. 08±38.35)pg/ml, (270. 83±20. 10) pg/ml and (0.85±0.26)ng/ml and atheroscierosis model group (166. 10±21.10)μg/ml, (]66. 86±54. 38) pg/ml, (410.2±29.28) pg/ml, and (1. 54±0. 19) ng/ml (P〈 0.05). The serum expression of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6,IL-8 in atherosclerosis model group was higher than that of normal group (P〈 0. 05 ). Pathological morphology change: the change of atherosclerotic arteries the endarterium of infection-athrosclerosis model group was significantly more serious than that of the control group and atherosclerosis model group. CONCLUSION Mycoplasma pneurnoniae infection can cause the elevated inflammatory factors of the rats with atherosclerosis as well as aggravate the atherosclerosis.
