两种方法治疗经外周中心静脉导管化疗所致静脉炎的试验研究

Experimental study of two treatment methods for phlebitis caused by chemotherapy with PICC

目的研究安普贴外敷治疗经外周中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗所致静脉炎的疗效,以降低静脉炎的发生率提高治愈率。方法选择经PICC化疗已发生静脉炎的患者90例,随机分为对照组42例和试验组48例,对照组用湿润烧伤膏沿静脉走行外涂,4～6次/d;试验组用安普贴沿静脉走行外敷,更换1次/5d;观察两组患者化疗性静脉炎的改善、舒适度及满意度的变化。结果试验组的有效率为95.8%,对照组的有效率为66.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安普贴能有效治疗经PICC化疗所致静脉炎,并能明显提高患者的舒适度和满意度,减轻护理工作量。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of Algoplaque in treatment of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy with PICC. so as to reduce the incidence of phlebitis and imprrove the cure rete. METHODS A total of 90 patients with phlebitis caused by chemotherapy with PICC were selected and randomly divided into two groups..42 cases in the control group were treated with MEBO along the vein shape, 4-6 times a day; and 48 cases in experimental group were treated with Algoplaque topiealed along the vein shape, replaced once every 5 days. The clinical improvement, comfort and .satisfaction of the patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis in both groups were observed. RESULTS The effective rate in the experimental group was 95.8%, 66.6% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Algoplaque is effective in treating chemotherapyqnduced phlebitis by PICC and can significantly improve the comfort and satisfaction of the patients, reducing the nursing workload.
