过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器运行失败原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对STERRAD NX低温等离子体灭菌器2291次运行情况的统计分析,查找常见发生故障的原因及解决方法。方法对手术室2009年8月-2011年7月使用STERRAD NX过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器2291次运行情况进行回顾性统计分析,通过故障发生的类型、时段、频率,寻找故障发生的具体原因。结果其中成功2092次,成功率91.3%,发生故障199次,故障发生率为8.7%,等离子系统失败(等离子期)43次占21.6%,过氧化氢传输失败(压力检测2)49次占24.6%,真空系统超时(箱体降压和蒸发器降压)107次占53.8%。结论发生故障主要原因为误操作,且多发生在设备运行的初期;通过人员培训、规范操作、定期进行设备保养等措施,可以减少或防止故障的发生,确保设备运行正常。 OBJECTIVE To statistically analyze the 2291 times of running of the STERRAD NX low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system so as to find out the common causes of the failure and the solutions. METHODS A total of 2291 times of running of STERRAD NX low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system used during Aug 2009 --Jul 2011 were analyzed retrospectively and statistically. The specific causes of the failure including the types , occurring stage , and the frequency were found out. RESULTS There were 2092 times of success with the successful rate of 91.3%, 199 times of the failure with the incidence of 8.7%, 43 times of plasma system failure (plasma stage) with the incidence of 21. 6%. 49 times of hydrogen peroxide transmission failure (pressure testing) with the incidence of 24.6 %, and 107 times of vacuum system overtime (cabinet step-down evaporator step-down) with the incidence of 53.8%. CONCLUSION The failure mainly results from the wrong manipulation and frequently occurs in the primary stage of the operation. It is effective to prevent or avoid the failure and ensure the normal running through the training of the personnel , standard operation, and regular maintenance of the device.
