机洗手术器械手工喷雾润滑的效果观察及成本分析

Effect of manual lubricating spray of surgical instruments cleaned by machine and its cost

目的探讨机洗手术器械手工喷雾润滑的效果以及使用成本分析,以确保手术器械的清洗质量。方法 60个器械包按种类平均分成两组,A组和B组,A号清洗机清洗A组器械,机器执行器械上油润滑程序;B号清洗机清洗B组器械,机器不执行器械上油润滑程序,护士将清洗消毒后器械直接用1∶10的润滑防锈剂溶液喷雾润滑后再进行干燥;观察两组清洗合格率、3个月累加的生锈率以及每月平均费用。结果器械清洗合格率A组为99.37%、B组为99.30%,两组差异无统计学意义;器械生锈率A组为4.79%、B组为4.49%,两组差异无统计学意义;器械润滑防锈每月的平均费用A组为(4072±83.00)元、B组为(748±68.18)元,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用手工喷雾润滑可达到器械保养满意效果,而且能明显降低器械润滑防锈成本,提高工作效率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of manual lubricating spray of surgical instruments cleaned by machine and its cost so as to ensure the cleaning quality of the surgical instruments. METHODS A total of 60 surgical instrument sets were divided into group A and group 13 randomly. Group A was cleaned and lubricated by machine automatically. Group B cleaned by machine automatically was manually sprayed with the lubricant and anti-rust solution with 1：10 concentration then dried manually. The qualified rate of the cleaning, the rusty rate accumulated in three months, and the average maintenance costs per month of the two groups were observed. RESULTS The qualified rate of the cleaning in group A was 99.37%, the group B 99.30%, the difference was not statistically significant; the rusty rate of group A was 4.79 %, group B 4.49 %, the difference was not statistically significant; the average maintenance costs per month of group A was （4072±83.00） yuan, group B （748±68.18） yuan, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The manuai lubrication of instrument using directed spraying not only achieve satisfied effect, but also significantly reduce the cost of maintaining instruments as well as improve the work efficiency.
