不同水质稀释润滑油对医疗器械润滑效果的影响

Effect of different quality of water diluting lubricants on lubricating of medical devices

摘要 目的研究不同水质稀释润滑油对医疗器械润滑效果的影响。方法采用两种不同水质对清洗后的器械进行最后一步漂洗,无上油过程,进行烘干;同一润滑油使用条件:包括水质、稀释温度、烘干温度、器械清洁程度、稀释液存放方式,改变其中任一条件,采用手工润滑上油,试验分为6组,观察其润滑效果和稀释液留样。结果第1、2、5组使用离子浓度≤10×10-6的纯化水作为润滑油稀释用水,烘干温度80℃润滑合格率均为100.0%;第6组离子浓度较高的自来水会使器械产生大量白斑,合格率仅为50.0%;第3、4组合格率分别为75.0%、90.0%。结论为保证医疗器械润滑后得到更好的保养,润滑上油稀释用水应选择离子浓度较低的纯化水,润滑温度在80℃润滑效果最佳。 OBJECTIVE To study on the effect of difference quality of water diluting lubricants on the lubricating of the medical devices. METHODS Two different quality of water were use for the final rinse step of the cleaned instruments without lubricating, then, dried; the using conditions of lubricants including the water quality, dilution temperature, drying temperature, cleanliness of equipments and the storage of diluents were divided into six groups by changing either of the conditions, the lubricating effect and the reserved samples of the diluents were observed. RESULTS The purified water with ion concentration less than of 10 ×10^-6 was used as lubricant dilution water for the first, second and fifth groups, the devices were dried at the temperature of 80 ℃, the qualified rate was 100.0%; the running water with the high ion concentration was used for the sixth group, which could cause a lot of white spots on the surface of the instruments, the qualified rate was only 50.0% ; the qualified rates of the third and fourth groups were 75.0% and 90.0% in the third and fourth groups respectively. CONCLUSION In order to ensure the better maintenance for the medical devices after lubricating, it is necessary to choose the purified water with the lower ion concentration as luhricating diluted water at 80 ℃.
