全程质量控制管理在检验科医疗废物管理中的应用

Application of full quality control management program in disposal of medical waste in clinical laboratory department

目的探讨全程质量控制管理方案在检验科医疗废物管理中的应用价值。方法查阅国内外检验科医疗废物处理相关文献资料和法律法规,建立健全制度、流程合理、监管严格的质量控制管理方案。结果全程质量控制管理方案实施后取得了较好的效果;医疗废物容器正确使用率和医疗废物与生活垃圾分类正确率明显提高,分别由82.5%、65.3%升至93.2%、92.4%;医疗废物暂时贮存场所更加规范,符合率由53.5%升至84.5%;医疗废物移交登记率由65.4%升至94.4%,暂时贮存后及时运输率由68.8%提高至91.7%;前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对检验科医疗废物各环节的规范化、系统化管理,提高了个人防护及医院感染意识,能随时发现问题及时改进,全程质量控制管理方案,在检验科医疗废物管理中具有较高的应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of full quality control management program （QCMP） in medical waste disposal management in clinical laboratory. METHODS The domestic and foreign literature, laws and regulations of medical waste disposal management in recent years were reviewed. A series of corresponding management program were carried out. The effect of QCMP was tracked and verified. RESULTS When the QCMP was applied to medical waste disposal management in medical laboratory, the effect was admirable. The accurate rates of container using and the classification of the medical waste were improved from 82.5% and 65.3% to 93.2% and 92.4% ,respectively. Temporary storage of medical wastes were more canonical （the accurate rate was improved from 53.5% to 84.5%） ;the registration rate of handover of medical wastes was improved from 65.4% to 94.4% and the transportation was more efficient （the rate of without-delay-transportation was improved from 68.8% to 91.7%）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The QCMP is a useful tool in medical waste disposal management in clinical laboratory, which can improve the awareness of self-protection, dis- cover the problems and then the problems were corrected in a timely manner. The QCMP has significant value in the management of medical waste.
