消毒供应中心设备管理与控制医院感染的对策

Current status of equipment management and infection control in central sterile supply department and countermeasures

目的分析消毒供应中心仪器设备质量管理与控制医院感染现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。方法对消毒供应中心仪器设备控制医院感染中出现的问题进行分析。结果消毒供应中心对仪器设备管理不足,应建立健全规章制度,实施程序化管理并严格落实控制医院感染措施,对上岗人员进行操作技能培训及仪器设备维护保养培训,提高全体人员控制医院感染的意识和能力,有效控制突发事件造成的损害,保证设备数据的完整不丢失。结论加强全体人员责任意识,强化对仪器设备的质量管理,完善规章制度,使仪器设备管理规范化、制度化、标准化,提高全体人员感染控制意识和能力。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the present situation of the equipment quality management and the infection control in central sterile supply department and find out the existing problems so as to put forward the corresponding solutions. METHODS The problems existing during the process of infection control in the central sterile supply department were analyzed. RESULTS The equipment management in the sterilization and supply center was insufficient, it was necessary to build a perfect regulation system, implement programming management and strictly implement the measures of hospital infection control, give the personnel operating skill training and equipment maintenance training, as well as improve staff awareness and ability to control hospital infections so as to effectively control the damage due to the sudden incidents and ensure the equipment data integrated. CONCLUSION It is urgent to strengthen the staff＇s awareness of responsibility, intensify the equipment quality management, perfect regulation system, make equipment management standardized and institutionalized, and improve the staff＇s awareness and ability of the infection control.
