在阐释公共服务设施配置相关概念的基础上,梳理了国内外研究公共服务设施配置的主要内容体系。总体来说,围绕宏观、中观和微观三个层面,公共服务设施配置研究在配置模式、规划布局、空间优化、配置标准和配置评价等方面取得了丰硕的成果,但也存在配置理论单一、研究单元不均衡和研究方法待完善等方面的不足。认为今后应从创新公共服务设施配置理论、完善公共服务设施配置方法和加强公共服务设施城乡一体化配置等方面深化与完善公共服务设施配置体系的研究。

On the basis of interpretation relating to the conception of public service facilities allocation, this essay hack- les in detail the main contents system in public service facilities at home and abroad from the following aspects, the configuration mode, layout, the space configuration optimization, the configu- ration standard anti evaluation, etc. Overall, in the macro, me- so and micro three dimensions, public service facilities configu- ration researches have made significant progress, but there are also some shortcomings in existing research. For example, the disposition theory is single, the research method remains to be improved and the research unit is imbalance. In the end, several relevant follow - up study prospects are put forward to deepen and promote related research of public service facilities configu- ration. It is necessary to innovate public service facility alloca- tion theory, improve the public service facilities allocation meth- ods and strengthen the integration of public service facilities re- search in urban and rural areas.
