间充质干细胞在治疗免疫损伤性疾病中的潜在价值 被引量:4

The potential value of the mesenchymal stem cells in curing nervous system immunologic injury disease

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种非造血干细胞,拥有向问充质和非间充质组织细胞转化的能力,这些细胞通过分泌细胞因子、向其他细胞系分化及细胞与细胞的接触机制改变疾病的病理过程,MSC作为细胞工程种子细胞被越来越多的发现其临床使用价值,并进一步应用于临床治疗各种免疫系统疾病和退行性疾病。因此,对于了解其保护作用机制,即本身趋化性特点和发挥免疫调节功能的作用机制是非常重要的,目前通过对MSC在体内外和临床试验的研究,可为MSC参与的临床治疗提供依据。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC)are non-hematopoietic stem cells with the capacity to differentiate into tissues of both mesenchymal and non-mesenehymal origin. These ceils have the potential to alter disease pathophysiology through various mesenchymal including to secrete cytokine, to differentiate along various lineages, to modulate direct cell-cell interaction. The stem cells'clinical value as the seed cell of cell engineering is recognized with tremendous interest. These cells are used to cure diseases of immune system and degenerative diseases. To comprehend the basic features of MSC, We summarize some of the studies in vivo and clinical evidence related with the therapeutic roles of MSC.
