摘要
针对复杂难选铅锌硫银多金属矿选矿生产中长期使用氰化钠分离铅锌硫的现状,研究寻求替代氰化钠使用的多组份抑制剂、捕收剂药剂制度,及合理可行的工艺流程方案。研究结果获得的组合抑制剂和组合捕收剂,以及铅优先浮选中矿再磨再选方案1,和铅优先浮选中矿顺序返回方案2选矿工艺技术,可以完全取消氰化钠选别分离铅锌硫矿物。与采用氰化钠工艺的生产指标比较,小型试验指标铅精矿回收率提高5%~10%、铅精矿中金、银回收率分别提高7%和11%;工业试验指标,在铅+锌原矿品位降低5%条件下,铅锌金银回收率也获得了提高。实现了对该矿山三种类型复杂难选铅锌硫矿石选矿取消使用氰化钠、采用低碱无毒药剂浮选分离铅锌硫的目标。
In view of the complex refractory lead zinc sulfide silver polymetallic ore dressing production in the long-term use of sodium cyanide separation of lead and zinc sulfur status,research seeking to replace sodium cyanide using multicomponent inhibitors,collector agent system,and the reasonable and feasible process plan.The findings obtained combined inhibitor and combination collectors,as well as the lead flotation middling regrinding scheme 1,and selective flotation middling order programme of return 2 mineral processing technology,can obtain the complete removal of sodium cyanide flotation separation of lead-zinc sulfide minerals.And using sodium cyanide production index,small test indicators of lead concentrate recovery rate increased from 5 to 10%,the recovery rate of gold in lead concentrate,silver were increased by 7% and 11%.Industrial test indices in lead and zinc ore grade,5% reduction conditions,lead zinc gold and silver recovery rate is also improved.Realization of the mine in three types of complex refractory lead-zinc mine ore removal using sodium cyanide,low-alkali non-toxic reagents flotation separation of lead and zinc sulphide target.
