摘要
分析渣气孔缺陷产生的位置及形式,根据现场实际条件,完善铸造工艺方案,改变浇注系统形式、提高浇注温度、设置集渣槽等措施,并加强操作过程控制,较好的解决了渣气孔缺陷。
By means of analyzing the position and the layout of slag void defect,according to field actual condition,through perfecting casting craft scheme,modifying running system layout,increasing pouring temperature,placing dirt trap etc,and enhancing the manipulation process monitoring,so the slag void defect is better solved.
