摘要
为便于研究双子叶植物病害寄主与病原的互作,以番茄为试验材料,探索了一种从双子叶植物叶片细胞中提取及注射细胞间隙液的方法。采用真空渗入离心法从番茄叶片中成功提取了细胞间隙液,并采用注射法将提取的液体从番茄叶背主脉处注射进番茄叶。观察发现,接种灰霉菌的病叶细胞间隙液可以激发叶片细胞发生过敏性坏死反应,推测具有激发作用的是一种糖蛋白类物质,可能是来源于病原菌的效应分子。
In this paper, a method with which the intercellular washing fluids (IWF) are extracted and injected from tomato leaves was introduced. In the vacuum environment,the redistilled water was forced into the tomato leaves, and then IWF was collected after centrifugation. IWF was injected into the tomato leaves on the dorsal main vein using the syringe. After injection of IWF from the leaves inoculated by Botrytis cinerea ,the hypersensitive response (HR) was induced on the leaf cells. It was speculated that the induction ingredient was one kind of glycoprotein,whieh might be the effector secreted by fungi.
