猪圆环病毒2型感染后猪血液学指标研究 被引量:1

摘要 为观察PCV2感染猪对其血常规及生化指标变化的影响,将6头PCV2抗体阴性的21日龄断奶仔猪随机分成攻毒组和对照组,攻毒组经颈部肌肉及口鼻分别接种PCV2-BH毒株,攻毒后检测部分血常规指标、免疫球蛋白质量浓度及部分血清生化指标。结果显示,感染后第4天和第7天,白细胞总数分别是正常生理水平的74.2%、79.9%;感染后第7天,淋巴细胞百分比是正常生理水平的35.05%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05),单核细胞和中性粒细胞百分比均显著低于对照组,说明PCV2感染降低了机体的先天免疫机能,增加了继发感染的几率,同时还说明PCV2-BH株具有较好的抗原性;攻毒组血清全部转阳,说明PCV2-BH毒株具有较好的免疫原性,可作为开发PCV2疫苗的候选毒株。 To observe the impact of the hematology indexes in pigs infected with porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2), 6 weaned piglets with the PCV2 antibody negative were divided into two groups and the piglets in test group were inoculated with PCV2-BH strain by museuli colli, mouse and nose. The hematology indexes and anti-PCV2 antibody as the blood routine were detected post in- oculation. The results showed that at 4 dpi and 7 dpi,the total white blood cells were 74.2 % and 79.9~ of the normal physiological level. At 7 dpi,the lymph-cell was 35.05% and both of the white blood cells and lymph-cell were significantly lower than the control group. The monocytes and neutrophils significantly lower than the control group at 7 dpi, suggesting that the innate im- mune function of the body was reduced by PCV2 infection. The PCV2 antibody in serum of the test group turned positive, showing that PCV2-BH strain had good immunogenicity, which provid- ed the basis for developing vaccine of PCV2.
