基于应用型与国际化人才培养的国际商法教学模式是一项系统工程,其建立在教育与生产劳动相结合理论、实用主义教育理论、人力资本理论和公共选择理论基础之上,其教学目标是培养注重专业知识的应用、一专多能、富有创新精神的国际化人才。在操作程序方面应当合理运用模拟教学法,改变传统的师生角色,进行国际商法理论、规范和适用的全方面教学,在教学手段方面应当发挥案例教学、双语教学和合作办学的优势。
