摘要
水泥搅拌桩是利用水泥作为固化剂,通过特制的搅拌机械,在地基深处将软土和固化剂强制搅拌,利用固化剂和软土之间所产生的一系列物理化学反应,使软土硬结成具有整体性、水稳定性和一定强度的优质地基。此种软基处理方式为复合地基法,施工简便,但造价较高。文章就水泥搅拌桩的施工工艺、常见问题、质量控制及检验等进行了阐述。
Cement mixing pile use cement as curing agent, through a special mixing machine, conduct forced mixing to soft soil and curing agent in deep foundation, using a series of physical and chemical reaction between the curing agent and soft soil, make soft soil hard formed as a quality foundation of integrity, water stability and a certain intensity. Such soft - based approach is a composite foundation method, with simple construction but high cost. The article has described the construction technology, common problems and quality control of cement mixing pile.
