煤焦油加氢氢气压缩机控制方案设计

摘要 简述了煤焦油加氢工艺流程,介绍了压缩机控制方案的设计要求,即控制方案应满足反应快速性、宽范围调节的鲁棒性和完整性,详细介绍了HydroCOM控制方案和回流调节控制方案,并对两方案进行了比较,可供相关工程设计参考。 This paper gave an introduction to the coal tar hydrogenation process and also the design requirement of the automatic control system. The HydroCOM control programs and the Back-flow regulation control programs were expati- ated and compared. The each stage back-flow and regulation/control program is normally adopted for engineering designs, and the issues calling for attention in site practice were summarized.
