MCV-RDW检测对儿童缺铁性贫血早期诊断的应用研究

The MCV-RDW Detection Applied Research in Early Diagnosis of Children Lack of Iron Anemia

目的:探讨红细胞平均体积(MCV)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)检测对儿童隐性缺铁性贫血的诊断价值。方法:随机观察196例以非贫血为主要原因就诊的门诊和住院的患儿,所有病例取外周血进行血液分析,对MCV降低、RDW升高的患儿测定血清铁蛋白(SF)的含量。结果:血液分析共检出MCV降低、RDW升高者98例(占50%),其中血红蛋白(Hb)正常44例,Hb降低54例。Hb降低伴有低MCV多见于年长儿,Hb正常组多为婴幼儿,Hb正常44例患儿中符合血清铁减少的有38例,占86.4%。结论:儿童期缺铁性贫血仍多见,MCV和RDW检测有助于及时发现儿童隐性缺铁性贫血。

Objective：To explore the average size of erythrocytes （MCV） and distributed （RDW） of chil- dren＇s recessive lack of iron anemia early diagnostic value. Methods： The patients randomized observation for the main reason of not anemia of outpatient service and be in hospital, all cases were analyzed the peripheral blood. To the cases of MCV reduce, RDW elevate, take the blood serum determine the iron（sf） content. Results： The blood analysis find MCV reduced, RDW increased 98 cases （50%）, including Hb normal 44 cases, Hb de- creased 54 eases. Hb reduce with low MCV in older children, Hb normal group for infant, 38 patients have re- duced of serum storage iron with 44 eases Hb normal patients, about 86.4 %. Conclusion： Childhood lack of iron anemia is still more and MCV - RDW testing can help find the recessive lack of iron anemia of children timely.
