用含氮树脂砂生产铸钢件气孔成因的研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Formation of Subsurface Holes in SteelCastings Produced by Nitrogen-Containing Furan ResinSand and Its Influence Factors

摘要 本研究用含氮自硬呋喃树脂砂芯,考察了树脂中的含氮量、树脂加入量,浇注温度,钢种以及截面厚度等因素对铸钢件生成皮下气孔的影响.结果表明:1)树脂砂中树脂含氮高及树脂加入量多,使碳钢件产生气孔的几率最大,其程度也严重,2)高氮树脂砂并不使高锰钢产生气孔,但低,中碳钢却产生气孔,其中低碳钢更严重;3)在中等浇注温度(1550~1590℃)铸件气孔很少;而浇注温度过高(>1600℃)则气孔较多;浇注温度过低(≤1520℃)气孔趋于严重. By means of the test casting giadually varied in thickness, the influence of nitrogen contents in resin, resin addition levels, pouring temperature,casting steel soits and section thickness of casting on the formation of subsurface holes in Steel castings produced by nitrogen-containing furan resin cores are studied. The experimental ie-sults show that. 1) the higher nitrogen contents in resin and the amount of resin added in the Sand,the larger the probability of formation of subsurface holes;2) subsurface holes weren't found in high manganese steel castings produced with high nitrogen-containing resin, but the subsurface holes occured in both low and medium carbon Steel castings, especially in low carbon steel; 3) the subsurface holes found less in the Steel castings poured at moderate temperature(1550~1590℃), while the higher (>1600℃) or the lower (≤1520℃) pouring temperature, the more subsurface holes could be found in the steel castings.
