摘要
小学开设英语课程是新世纪社会发展的需要,但农村小学开设英语却遇到了前所未有的种种问题和困难。文章分析了农村小学英语教学的现状并且提出了改变现状的对策,以期对发展农村的基础教育事业做一些力所能及的事情。
It＇s necessary for elementry school to begin English teaching in the new century, but there exisist all kinds of difficulties and problems in the rural elementary English teaching of Shang Dang District. The paper mainly analyzes some ploblems existing in the Rural Primary English Teaching and tries to find effective solutions to these problems ,which hopefully can improve the quality of Rural Primary School English Teaching in Shangdang District
