导师苛责式督导对研究生人际促进行为影响机制的探究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了导师苛责式督导对研究生人际促进行为的影响,探讨了情绪疲惫与师生上下权距在上述影响过程中所起的中介角色及调节作用。以澳门、广东七所大学中具有对偶关系的101名导师与其指导的294名研究生为研究对象。结果表明:导师苛责式督导会加深研究生的情绪疲惫,进而降低研究生的人际促进行为。权距会显著调节上述影响过程,上下权距较大时,学生对导师苛责式督导的承受力更强;反之,研究生对其容忍力更弱。
