摘要 研究了变质处理对低Cr(≤2%)白口铸铁显微组织、机械性能及抗磨性的影响.结果表明,用含V、ER和Al的变质剂处理低Cr白口铸铁,可使其组织中的碳化物由连续网状,粗大的板块状(莱氏体),转变为弧立的,细小的不规则块状;冲击韧性提高105%;相对韧性提高73%,抗磨性提高33~46%. In this paper, the effects of modification on the microstructure, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of low Cr white cast iron are investigated. The results obtained show that the morphology of carbides in the low Cr white cast iron treated with the inocu- lants containing V、RE and Al is changed from continuous network to isolated, fine irregular blocks (ledeburites) and at the same time, the impact toughness was increased by 105%, relative toughness was raised by 73% and abrasion resistance by 33~46%. The function of modification and mechanism of abrasion are also analysed.
