摘要
本实验以马尾松CTMP为原料进行了H2O2与TAED组成的活化体系漂白性能的研究。研究结果表明,H2O2-TAED活化体系漂白反应可在较低温度和较短时间内完成,适宜的漂白温度为55℃,漂白时间为60min;当过氧化氢用量为6%时,浆料白度增值可达24.0%ISO;此漂白体系可使漂后浆的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高34%、28%和20%。
Bleaching of Masson Pine CTMP with hydrogen peroxide activated by TAED was investigated in this paper.Compared with the peroxide bleaching without TAED,the peroxide bleaching with TAED can be carried out at lower temperature(55℃) and shorter time(60min).The CTMP with initial brightness of 32.9%ISO can obtain a brightness gain of 24.0%ISO by bleaching with H2O2-TAED system.And the tensile index,tearing index and burst index of Masson Pine BCTMP increase by 34%,28% and 20%,respectively.
