摘要 本文以未漂蔗渣浆为原料研究了TEMPO氧化前后纸浆性能及形貌变化情况。研究结果发现,TEMPO氧化后未漂蔗渣浆的形貌及纤维形态发生了明显改变,氧化后纸浆成一种水凝胶状,同时,纤维长度较氧化前明显变短。此外,纸浆的性能在TEMPO氧化过程中也发生了较大变化,其纸浆的保水值、羧基含量以及细小纤维含量较氧化前明显增加,而纤维的结晶度则略微有所增加。 In this work,the detailed investigation of morphology and property analysis of bagasse pulp by TEMPO-mediated oxidation was conducted.The results showed that the significant changes in morphology were observed before and after the oxidation.The pulp sample after the TEMPO-mediated oxidation is similar to hydrogel.Fiber length is obviously shorter than that before oxidation.Moreover,the properties of bagasse pulp have undergone great changes in the TEMPO-mediated oxidation process.Water retention values,carboxyl group content and fines content increased strikingly.The crystallinity of cellulose increased marginally.
