摘要
氟石膏在自然环境中水化进程缓慢,历时2年结晶水含量为17.25%,水化率为82%。KA(lSO4)2.12H2O和K2SO4能加快氟石膏的水化进程,随添加量增加和水化时间延长,试样的水化率均出现不同程度增大。早强快硬硫铝酸盐水泥能有效提高氟石膏基材料的绝干抗压强度,随着水泥掺量增加,绝干抗压强度增大;当掺量为20%时,绝干抗压强度为14.5 MPa;KA(lSO4)2.12H2O对氟石膏基材料有良好的适应性,当掺2.78%KA(lSO4)2.12H2O和20%硫铝酸盐水泥时,其绝干抗压强度为22.4 MPa。
The hydration process of fluorogypsum was slow in natural environment. The crystal water content is 17.25% and the hydration rate was obtained 82% after two years. It was found that,in the presence of activators KAI(SO4)2*12H2O and K2S04, the hydration process of fluorogypsum to gypsum is enhanced considerably. With the increase of dosage ratio and extension of hy- dration time, the hydration rate of the specimens increase in different degree. High early-strength and quick hardening calcium sulfoaluminate cement could improve the dry compression strength of fluorogypsum-based material. The dry compression strength has been obtained 14.5 MPa,when the content of calcium sulfoaluminate cement was added in the range of 20%. KAI(SO4)2*12H20 has good adaptability to the fluorogypsum-based material. The results show that the dry compression strength of fluorogypsum has been obtained 22.4 MPa when the KA1 (S04)2* 12H2O content was 2.78% and calcium sulfoaluminate cement content was 20%.
